BOOKING FEE’S
A booking fee is required for all appointments; this will appear on the booking system as a 'deposit'. This fee is redeemable against the total cost of the booked treatment.
Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you can re-arrange appointments coinciding with the cancellation policy (please see below).
Booking fees are also NON-TRANSFERABLE - Meaning they can only be used against the treatment that you initially booked for and under no circumstances be transferred to any other treatments unless the value is the same.
The booking fee cost varies depending on the cost of the treatment.
PMU - £50
BEAUTY - £10-£15
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours before cancelling or re-arranging your appointment(s) to avoid receiving a late cancellation fee or loss of booking fee.
Permanent makeup appointments require a minimum of 3 days’ notice (72 hours)
A cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your treatment(s) cost that is booked in or a loss of your booking fee, and the full payment will be required to book back in.
A NO-SHOW appointment will be required to pay for the entire treatment. Permanent makeup appointments will be required to pay a fee of £50, and the deposit will be lost.
Included in all pmu treatments is 1 free touch-up session. This session must be carried out within 6-10 weeks of the initial appointment. Late cancellation within 48 hours or a missed touch-up will forfeit the free treatment. You will then be required to book an ‘additional touch-up, which is £45.
This treatment cost will be required as an upfront cost to reserve your appointment slot.
If you arrive at your appointment with a conflicting issue for the procedure, such as having a contraindication, not disclosed medications/medical conditions prior to your appointment, not disclosed previous permanent make-up, lateness or any reason the procedure cannot go ahead, the booking fee will be forfeited, and the appointment will be cancelled. A new booking fee will be required to book a new appointment.
If I feel you are too unsure, indecisive, or impulsive about the permanent makeup treatment about to take place, I have the right to refuse to offer the service to you. The booking fee with be forfeited and a new booking fee will be charged if you would like to book again.
Please understand that this policy is put in place solely to protect my business. This is my primary source of income; unfortunately, as self-employed individuals, we do not get paid if we do not work. (No exceptions, this applies to everyone).
APPOINTMENT TIMINGS
This is a friendly reminder to help my days run as smoothly as possible.
I often work back-to-back between clients on working days without any breaks. If you arrive early, please be mindful that I may already be with a client or on a break; however, if I am free, I will be happy to begin your treatment.
ARRIVING LATE:
I understand that things can happen, but unfortunately, if you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. Please remember that this is your face and I will not rush a treatment. If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit will be required. Please plan your schedule accordingly to make it to the appointment on time or before.

If you will only be 5 minutes late, please let me know, as this may give me a chance to grab a bite to eat.
PMU CONSULTATIONS
A permanent makeup consultation before your booked appointment is optional and is entirely down to your choice. However, this is not required as we will go through everything step by step at your appointment.
Consultations are available for those that would feel more comfortable having one. Consultation appointments are up to 30 minutes long and cost £20.
